FA INTERNATIONAL HEI is a Higher Education Institution (H.E.I.) recognized by MFHEA under license n° 2018-006.

The educational offer of our Institute includes BSc in Osteopathy and BSc in Physiotherapy. At the end of the training course students will obtain a Degree in Osteopathy and Physiotherapy.

These qualifications allow the achievement of EQF / MQF level 6, within the European Professional Qualifications Framework (CEC), the European Higher Education Area Certification Framework (QF / EHEA) and the Transnational Qualifications Framework (TQF).

The duration of the courses is 4 years and allows the student to obtain 240 ECTS based on the Maltese Qualifications Framework (MQF); they are equivalent to the EQFs.

Qualifications awarded by FA INTERNATIONAL HEI are recognized throughout the European Community and in all Commonwealth member countries, as Malta is a member of the Commonwealth. Under the terms of Directive 2005/36/EC, our BSc are standarded through ECTS document referring to the Bologna Process.

The student who has obtained the degree from FA International, should apply for registration in the Maltese Register of reference, the Council for the Professions Complementary to Medicine (CPMC), which will request the degree obtained at FA INTERNATIONAL HEI, in addition to a B2 level certification of English.

Having obtained this, if you wish to practice the profession outside the Maltese territory, you have to request the recognition of the professional qualification from the national regulatory authorities for the exercise and qualification to the profession.

The clinical internship takes place in Malta and Italy at numerous and prestigious accredited clinical facilities.

FA International HEI offers students the opportunity to convert formal qualifications obtained in other university.

Another parameter that will give the right to recognition of training credits is that of documented work experience.

In this way the student will have the opportunity to obtain the chosen BSc with a reduced path compared to the simple high school graduate, with a consequent saving of time and costs.

The guidelines for the recognition of previous careers are those contained in the ECTS Document, adopted by all the Member States of the European Union as indicated in the agreements relating to the Bologna Process. In order to evaluate the previous career, the student must send all the documents in his possession related to his previous studies.

The evaluation will be carried out only and exclusively by a specific Commission that will recognize the student as many credits as possible, according to European directives as indicated in the ECTS Document.

Once the recognition of the educational credits to the student has been obtained, it will be communicated by e-mail which subjects and how many credits have been recognized to them and which ones they will have to obtain.

The costs of accommodation during the periods of study are not included in the tuition but are borne by the student. FA INTERNATIONAL HEI has prepared, at the educational centres of Perugia and Seregno, agreements that provide for reduced and advantageous costs for accommodation. The student, however, is free to find, independently, alternative solutions if those proposals are not to be liked.
